Typically the first step is an on-site consultation. Next we capture on paper your perfect outdoor retreat. The landscape plan is crafted with your style and needs in mind.
Consultation / Site Evaluations Only:
One time on-site walk through and review with a designer to provide landscape recommendations and guidance. This option is perfect to help establish priority areas.
Conceptual Design Plan:
Build on the on-site consultation and set the vision and design intent for the space with a concept layout plan. This plan will illustrate the general landscape design and layout while highlighting main features and goals. It will provide you with the look and feel of the space.
Final Landscape Plan:
A scaled, hand drawn landscape plan with detailed locations of plants, names of plant species, and defined hardscape areas customized to your property. A cost estimate for installation is included along with plant material images. Depending on complexity, the plan can be broken down by phases according to priority.
